I just had an amazing stay at a beachfront hotel with incredible service. The spa & outdoor pool were my favorite. Would DEFINITELY choose this spot again. Pictures don't do it justice!

Despite some cleanliness and food quality concerns, the location, grounds, and entertainment were impressive. I'd return for the lovely atmosphere and friendly service.

Wow, the with jacuzzi was the highlight! 🛁 loved the spacious room, but a bit noisy. Great service and staff. Awesome amenities and beach access. Kind of like a mini mall.

The beautiful property grounds and pool create a true oasis feeling. The beach is excellent, but could use more seaweed clean-up. The staff at Cocoas for breakfast, Sakura for dinner were fantastic. However, the dirty room, mediocre food, and lack of reservation system for dining were disappointments. The bed was uncomfortably hard, not conducive to a romantic stay.

The pools and grounds were top-notch, always squeaky clean and well-maintained, making for a serene atmosphere. The beach was fantastic, super spacious and just lovely to chill out on. The staff were seriously amazing, the friendliest bunch ever. 🏖️ Despite some bottom shelf alcohol and not-so-tasty food, it was a splendid stay overall.

At my first stay, the staff helped my old parents with a sweet attitude. This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need from free Wi-Fi to fitness studio and spa. I'm definitely coming back for my next trip.

Despite some challenges, the property offers a beautiful view, clean beach, and lovely night-time shows in the lobby. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a variety of pools. The grounds and Pyramid restaurant are also impressive, and the location is great for beach lovers.

Loved the Night entertainment, especially the hilarious shows at the theatre. The VIP treatment was fancy, with exclusive gourmet restaurants and a top-notch spa. The beach was stunning, perfect for sunbathing. Poolside bar served great cocktails.

Noisy guests. but hey, who needs peace and quiet when you're on vacation, right?

We had a fantastic time at this all-inclusive resort! The staff went above and beyond to make our special celebrations memorable. The wait staff was phenomenal, the food at the restaurants was tasty , and the drinks were generously poured. The beach was immaculate, and the groundskeepers kept the entire property looking amazing. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the refrigerator was restocked daily. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained, and the pool was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with exclusive bars and a casino nearby and easy access to the beach. The VIP check-in area is efficient and convenient. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and come equipped with Smart TVs. Staff is friendly and accommodating, with efficient housekeeping and prompt service at breakfast.

One bar had poor service and detracted from the overall experience.

The variety of food options, especially at The Market Place restaurant, was excellent. The live music and entertainment at the Kinky Night Club added a fun touch to our evenings. The resort felt safe and clean, and the majority of the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant overall experience.

The breakfast options were amazing. The aqua aerobics and Red Cabaret show were impressive. a great experience for backpackers like us!

The ocean view from my room at Pyramid in Cancun was amazing. I was worried based on some reviews about the cleanliness of the room, but I found it to be in great condition.

Staying here was an amazing luxurious experience! the black wristband gave access to exclusive amenities such as the VIP lounge. the entertaining live entertainment and night club were definitely a plus. the massages were heaven and the beauty treatments were exquisite. There was an outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and private facilities. Having a snack bar was convenient and the dinner options were superb, especially the special diet menus.

The hotel could improve by adding a Spa lounge as well as beach umbrellas. Only having one elevator seemed insufficient and taking the stairs to the beach is quite challenging for some.

I chose this hotel for attending a summit because it provides excellent amenities and service for both business and leisure travelers. The 5-star The Pyramid at Grand Oasis-All Inclusive offers a comfortable and professional environment, perfect for a work trip. The staff was attentive, the meeting facilities were well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere was conducive to productivity.

The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with private meeting rooms.

The hotel's location is also great, as it is located up to the shore of the beach with fine views. I was really impressed by the number of restaurants onsite, and the breakfast was to die for.

I recently stayed at The Pyramid in Cancun for a week-long vacation and had a wonderful experience. The open lobby with its fresh and botanical scent created a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool and beach were fantastic. The rooms, although basic, had a great ocean view and good AC and hot water. The highlight of my stay was the Red Cabaret show, which was incredibly entertaining.

Excellent service from the wait staff, well-appointed rooms, and delicious food at the various restaurants. The beach is immaculate and the groundskeepers keep everything looking amazing. The resort offers a great variety of food and drinks available at the many restaurants and bars. The app also makes it easy to navigate the property. The private pool suite with ocean view is definitely worth it.

The rooms at The Pyramid at Grand Oasis were absolutely fantastic. They were bright, spacious, and well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, safe, and a minibar that got stocked every day. The air conditioning and comfortable beds made sure I got a great night's sleep.

I personally found the wireless internet for only two devices a bit limiting, but I understand others might not mind.

The entertainment options at the hotel are simply fantastic. Imagine being whisked away to far-off places at the nightly shows, feeling like a VIP at the nightclub, and unwinding in the shared lounge with new friends. It's like being at the best concert, the coolest club, and the coziest hangout spot all at once!

Great food, Great service, Amazing beach! This all inclusive hotel has all that is required for a wonderful vacation. On site entertainment, exclusive, specialty dining options and beautifully kept grounds. A peaceful walk outside underneath the flowering trees leads you to any and all food choices. Lobby noise level was a bit overwhelming and all day dance music by the pools did not fit my style;

Won't do that again. You always hope for the best when you go to all inclusive resorts but this hotel really missed the mark.

With frequent live shows, a casino, and the longest pool in the area with three swim-up bars, the property keeps everyone entertained and engaged throughout their stay. Additionally, the supervised kids club offers unlimited fun for ages 3-12, ensuring the little ones are well taken care of, allowing parents to have their own time to relax and enjoy the amenities.

My wife says that the constant activity makes it hard to find a quiet spot for families with children.

The location was convenient, with easy access to various sit-down restaurants and areas on the beach. The room had a great view of the ocean, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained.

The self-serve restaurant had limited and unappetizing selections.
